• We are always more than willing to do anything to satisfy a client. We also try to make your purchase as easy as possible for you. Please ask questions in advance as there are no refunds under any circumstance. When you purchase an assessment review we begin our research immediately and open a case file. We start by reviewing and comparing the data you submitted against the assessor's data for your property. Once your new assessed value is released from the Assessor's Office we can complete our research. There is a tremendous amount of work involved prior to an appeal and therefor there are no refunds under any circumstance.
